You probably already know but sometimes it helps me if someone tells me again. Deep breaths. Slowly . Moving helps me. Walk, if you can. Don't stay still. Someone told me that sometimes when we start to feel safe that is when the crap comes out. Made sense for me. Might be worth looking at. Walking at least 30-45 minutes sometimes gets some sense of peace to kick in. How about a bubble bath or soft peacefull music? Good Luck!
