I'd cut back on social events; you need time to think about yourself and make decisions
on how you want to go forward. Please talk to your psychiatrist about this. Social
events are strong stress builders in some cases. Anything that increases stress
creates acid in tissues and fluids, and often it is an excess of acidic conditions that
increase negative moods.

Get more peace and quiet into your mind by doing meditative reading and practice
caring for yourself more earnestly. Then you'll be able to care for others more.

It's an inside job we have to do, Jean, to improve our lives and gain more interest in
positive things about who we are.
