I have had this thing since my appointment yesterday about trying to figure out how you know if something is emotions or anxiety. I think. . .if it's just anxiety just blow it off, but "oh my gosh what if these feelings are emotions, then I can't ignore them!"
I just drive myself nutty sometimes. My counselor had been telling me that I'm avoiding my feelings,and yesterday while I was talking I started having what I later figured out was a panic attack.
The room started whooshing around and I was feeling all weird and I asked him what it was and he said it was probably just strong emotions coming up.
So then I'm like. . . what are the emotions from? Should I blow this off, or do I need to "figure it out"
