No, its not. But for some reason, it is classified in the dissociative disorder section. Maybe because they dont know where to place it ?
From what Ive read, many things can trigger depersonalization/ but I am not an expert on the topic and only a professional can answer these questions accurately.
I scored a 38, and have not been diagnosed with a dissociative disorder - I keep getting told I have depression. But then again, not many doctors are knowledgeable about the disorder.
You can go on YouTube, and type in "depersonalization" and a ton of videos will pop up.
