George, I really understand how you feel. For me, it's more than tigers. Elephants, giraffes, lions, rhinoceroses, and so many others are hunted for the very reasons you mentioned and more. People think their horns, tusks, or other parts of their body can be ground down or mixed into a potion that will cure all kinds of ills (which is usually not true, if ever) and increase their libidos. It sickens me when I see pics (which I try to avoid) of hunters smiling proudly in pictures next to their dead prey. What's saddest of all is when I see children smiling after making a kill.
