DreamAddiction, I beg to differ that a cashier is "lowly." The world needs cashiers. Personally, I don't think any job is "lowly." Think of the number of people you come in contact with each day. You can have an impact on every last one of them. On more than one occassion after a rotten day I've met with a friendly, upbeat cashier who helped cheer me up. Maybe being a cashier at Wal-Mart is not your dream job, but what you do is important.
