If there can be AS and Autism diagnoses why not also have an NT diagnosis?

Because having typical neurology is hardly a condition that interferes with ones life...autism on the other hand sort of is. That would be like diagnosing people who don't have a mental illness as non-mentally ill which would be pointless.
