I too have recently been diagnosed with Dysthymia (a personality defect that may have a cure was a shock to me).
I'm also on Wellbutrin, and I like it, as well as Effexor. They were doing well for me for 1 year and half with Doxapin to help me sleep but Doxapin ended it up to be the deficient one in the end, and was a factor in relapse into Major Depressive epsisode. But I'm less than ok with Trorazode as replacement for Doxapin

, but still find myself in double depression, so they are thinking of putting me on Remeron for night sleep instead of Torazadone. I'm very hopeful about it since in previous years (whicle the cocktail try-outs were frequent) I liked Remeron, but it didn't address the other issues since it only used by itself.
I also read in "Beating the Blues" that Zoloft seems to be the medication of choice (in combo maybe) for Dysthymia.
