perhaps you are too depressed to do things differently. but you know what the problem is and how to fix it. do things differently. abraham lincoln said "when i do good, i feel good" so are there small things you can do within your comfort zone that can make you feel good. watch some comedies and really pay attention to yourself enjoying the laughter. do something you are good at and feel the pride in yourself. anything that would make you feel good and then really take the pleasure in the moment of feeling good about it.
