Yea, most of the day I'm just empty and blank and when I start to think, usually at night, is when I spiral.

I have not yet been diagnosed, but am currently seeking a therapist because my mother and Primary Care Physician said I suffer from depression.

I think it could work for a while, but you'll probably come crashing down if you never work through what's going on and how to properly deal with your emotions.
