hi, i no wot u mean i did that a couple of yrs ago n trust me it dont help u put on weight.
try n understand the underlying reason y u r doing that
u will not loose weight by not eating because u get so hungry n eat too much.
eat stuff that has no calories n it wont make u feel guilty any more!
if u give me more information height,weight etc
ill try n help u coz ive bin through n now i have an ed n trust me u dont want one.
