Hello I hope you are feeling better at this time. I am going to give you a hotline number to call if you would like to talk to someone. 1-800-273-TALK. This way if you need to talk to someone you do not know the person that you are directly speaking to and you can talk freely about how you feel. I am very sorry that you do not feel that your overdose was taken seriously. Overdose is alwaysserious if you are using an overdose in hopes of dying to stop the pain. Have you considered a support group in your area. I go to a few for depression and they help NAMI and DBSA both are on the internet if you are interested in attending a group with others that have depression, and mental health issues. I agree that journaling is a good idea to start you in realizing that you need help and that it is okay to need help, and you can copy your journal if you need to and give it to your therapist so that the therapist knows how you are feeling and how you are doing in recovery. Maybe you should even address if you can the way that you are having a hard time expressing your needs that need to be met by yur therapist and your medication. Possibly you need a case manager that can help you with some of your problems that you cant handle yourself. Case managers are very good with people that get overwhelmed easily and need just extra help to stay in a state of recovery. I hope the best for you and I hope you can get the help that you need soon, so that you can get to a point in your life that feels better than the pain that you are having at this time. Take care Sincerely Soidhonia
