Someone has suggested taking one small area and limiting your work for just one day
on that area alone. The next day choose another small area and work on that alone.
Before you know it, you've covered far more than you thought you could. And feeling
tone increases.
Also, go to
http://HazeldonFoundation.org and look at "Thought for the Day". Each day
a new thought is posted that is positive and may give you an incentive to try for a short
time to act on something suggested. I think they have great ideas and love that foundation's
publications.
Also try
http://InTouchDaily.com for daily devotionals that are sure to make you think about
how much you are loved and cared for.
Good stuff for replacing negative thoughts in our brains. (Often, we need to have them all
swept from our minds and new concepts congealed in the brain.) I routinely spend
at least 1/2 hour at bedtime practicing sweeping the brain's ideas that are negative out
visualizing a broom just working away in the corners and crevices of every little crack until
I feel rested and sleepy. (We have to get rid of stress daily, you know, to keep acid buildup
very low for better feeling tone.)
Take care and best wishes.
