Yes, I do. I see T twice a week and it would be very difficult to do that if I didn't have regular time slots. I have to be able to plan my work schedule, and knowing that Tuesday and Thursday mornings are T time makes that task simpler. With exT I did not get a set time. I saw her once a week, and we'd plan a few weeks in advance, and sometimes I'd get very early morning appointments which doesn't work well for me, and sometimes I had to cancel a week because she had no appointment slots free when I was able to get away from work. So having regular slots is good for me, personally.
