But every person has their own baseline slightly more or less the average rate.
Your family physician can tell you what your baseline is because physicians usually take vitals - heart beat blood pressure and temp regularly with each visit to them.
all he or she would have to do is look at a few of your appointment records where they already took your vitals in the past and in doing so can tell you if you are too high or low and so on.
