You cannot do anything about your future. You have to decide what you want to learn/study now and then when a job comes up that appeals to you you have to apply for that, etc. Look at your job titles, they are too vague! What hotel? What sport, what media for the journalist part? "digital marketing project manager" is not even a job, it's a made up title and "associate fashion designer" is just a fancy way of saying someone who wants to become a fashion designer and is working for some company, hoping to work their way up.

It does not matter what people with those titles "do" as we aren't anywhere near to doing those jobs so cannot understand what they "do", how it is.

Pick something you like to learn and do and start learning more and more about it and you will become an "expert" in it and will do something relating to that subject.
