I don't know that I'd call homeopathy a form of "religious" healing, but it is not based in science. Naturopathic medicine has more science behind it than homeopathy does.

That being said, I've gotten some pretty impressive relief from a couple different symptoms from homeopathic remedies. They had to do with skin irritation/allergy type things.
