i'll go you one step farther, and say that everything IS alright. i might not like it exactly, but i'm still living with it, and getting better every day or so
i believe the phrase "it's OK" can be liberating~! when i was young, long long ago, they used to say: You're OK, I'm OK. it was a way of learning radical acceptance. radical acceptance is an attitude of letting things be OK, even if they are unpleasant or worse.
for example: i'm suffering with back pain, but it rained today and we needed the water, so it was a wonderful day, anyway. i am struggling to not get upset and say something mean, but it's OK. like exercise the struggle just makes me stronger.
it's always possible to find a way to allow life to happen without our condemnation~! thanks for the post~
