I am sorry you are feeling bad. My therapist is always pointing out to me that I do not know how someone else feels and it is not fair to me nor to them to assume I know what they think or what they feel. This is especially when I think someone does not like me or someone has done or said something bad. I get my feelings hurt because I assume the other person has done or said or thought or felt something negative toward or about me.
Basically, she is trying to get me to stop jumping to conclusions before I KNOW all the facts.

It doesn't help me much, because I am very intuitive and I do know many things she thinks I am assuming. Even so, I can see how the principal she is getting across does apply to some of my situations. If I do no assume what he oher person thinks or means, then it could save me some grief.

I do not know your situation and I cannot tell if you are doing this or not. It is just the only think I could think of that might help.

If it does not apply, just disregard it and know that I do hear you and I care.
