I have schizo affective bipolar type, the prominent features were both, I had a psychotic thoughts and that went away with mostly with medication. I'm on an anti-psychotic,and the other is the mood swings that affect me daily. I might be up in the morning down by the evening. it took me 6 months to accept my diagnosis I read it least 20 books on the subject . I trust the diagnosis because it describes me to at T.
