Glad you found this site. It helps to get things out, even if you can't fix them. You are right that it is not up to you to get your daughter out of trouble but sometimes that talks easy but works hard. I don't know what types of groups you have looked for but I have gotten much out of Co-Dependents Anonymous in terms of learning healthy boundaries and appropriate love. They have groups all over the country (look on their web site for a group near you if you are interested).

You are not entirely helpless in this situation ... you can always offer prayers for your daughter or positive energy if you are not particularly religious. I find when I let go of something that was not mine to fix in the first place, it tends to work out in ways I couldn't have imagined when I was caught in in my fears.
