ha... when people have asked me that, first off, it annoys me. "What's wrong with your life?" often sounds like they're saying "get over it" or pointing out how much worse others have it - all of which I'm more than aware of. So when someone asks me a question like that, I tend to respond with "My brain".
If they happen to be asking in a manner that lets me believe that they're asking if there's anything that they could help me work on.. like an area of life where I'm not satsified and am trying to improve? Then maybe I'll tell them if there's anything.
I will also frequently attempt to explain that I don't get to choose my mood - and that my mood doesn't always correspond to what's going on in my life. And that there is NO POINT in comparing my life and moods to anyone else - because this is my experience with life.
