Sorry to hear about your unwanted news. Are you saying that you are liked because you start off with being nice and smiles and those become less and less over time and anger comes in replace of the smiles? Has this type of breakup happened before?
I wonder if you cloak yourself with niceness and smiles to hide the anger/hurt underneath? Have you done any internal work to learn where your anger/attitude comes from? I believe this behavior is significant of how you feel about yourself. How do you REALLY feel about the person you see in the mirror? What your positive qualities? Negative? As you search yourself of how you really feel, be honest, don’t make excuses, call it for how you really see it. I encourage you to stay single for a time and learn what your behavior patterns indicate about yourself. I expect that as you get in touch/heal from your anger the quality of your relationships should improve.
