Hi everyone,

We were dxed with osteopaenia (early stage osteoporosis) a week ago

We have to pay for the meds as they are not covered by NHS until the condition becomes osteoporosis

They have put us on Fosomax once weekly,
we are scared

Has anyone got any advice about this ? We are taking calcium supplements & Vitamin D and walking as much as we can (not much).
