I'm glad its working out so well for you I had to get one because my epilepsy medication messes with any other type of birth control. Ive had mine for almost 3 years now and I dont regret any of it! I went through a decent amount of pain too. The day i got it i was totally out of commission with cramps. Then I would randomly get cramps for the first 6 months. Sometimes when i had my period, sometimes not. It wasn't until about the 8 month mark that everything felt normal! I had really bad cramps before the IUD and now I barely have any. The best part is, I barely ever have a period. If I do, they last 2 days MAX and all i need is a panty liner.
