weight bearing exercises really slowed mine down. walking, walking, walking and lifting weights. (campbell soup and work on up to heavier food) 15 minutes a day with the weights will do wonders. leg lifts and push ups...even if you can only do two a day, it's a start and it really helps your shoulders and back.......PM me if you need to......xoxoxo pat
