hi Angrymanic, am in the same camp w Piraeus on the supplement issue. Doc himself recomended some, my gp. However, recently cut finger and had infection, stitches, and colonoscopy and had to stop anything that thinned your blood. So even though most of our docs getting on the electric records, etc., along with pharmacy, do your homework, and research all of it, supplements included!
