I have been chugging along through life doing so-so with out a therapist for 9 mnths now. Insurance wouldn't cover him. Have a psychiatrist who I've seen for 3 yrs or more now. Having anxiety issues so I called, changed meds. around, valium to lorazepem. Really angry because dr on call told me to take a suggested amount, then go through wknd and I call DR and he lessens the dose and tells me to get therapy! Ok nice and I deal with what on a daily basis!!! Rapid cycling bipolar my main diagnose. Have had for years. He makes it sound like its just so easy to move from therapist to therapist and excuse me I have been holding myself together for a very long time now! Yes I have my moments. This nurse who relays his info is so rude in a sense. Let me speak to the Dr please! needed to rant. Still angry about them playing with my doses and meds, its not their body!
