today a letter arrived from the solicitor saying he had contacted the council (social services)inviting them to re-visit the assessment of daughter and partner, he says he cant promise anything but it is worth putting some pressure on them to do so , so know daughter doesn't know weather to struggle on and ask the judge to allow them into the court proceedings, there is a lot at stake and the emotional and financial side of this can be quite high
