Valium and Lorazepam are both benzos. I have a ton of anxiety issues too...but i use benzos only on occasion as needed. My mood stabalizer takes care of the generalized portion of the anxiety oddly enough. Do you take a MS? maybe that could help for you too?? Although with the rapid cycling i am not sure if they go to AP instead...not sure.
