maybe try to get your dr to give you the med that you take only one time a month. I think it is called boniva. I had that prior to my full blown osteo. you don't feel anything with it thank goodness but you sure do with the full blown. take extra calcuim too. also you might call your insurance company on that issue. they should pay for it.
