Okay it may not go directly on the corn and I'm not a rocket scientist but
I have a sister who likes canned creamed corn. I can't eat it. Corn has a lot of sugar in it but this stuff she eats is way too sweet. Fresh creamed corn is pretty good. We ate a lot of corn growing up. Creamed, boiled on the cob, roasted in the shuck. My oldest sister used to make corn fritters. Those were great. Oh and we eat a lot of corn bread down here too. It's good with lots of butter... but what isn't
