Sorry you're struggling with anxiousness. Does this happen often and are you getting help? Can you go for walk? Does simple slow breathing help. When we're anxious we often breath very shallow short breaths. I understand how you feel because I used to suffer with anxious feelings when I was younger - used to get panic attacks as a child.
