I'm sorry you are feeling like this. I have many days when I barely sleep and I"m too dizzy and groggy to function. On top of that the anxiety is crazy and makes things worse. What I would do is to try to create a relaxing atmosphere so that you can rest a little bit. Maybe take a few deep breaths, stretch a little bit, make a calming tea and put on some music you enjoy.
