That's almost how I feel all the time. I have extreme anxiety, I've learned to hide it fairly well though.

That is more like a stress over load, and could be considered a panic attack. It's a more drawn out version of those fits where you can't breathe and everything is crashing down around you. So, I'd suggest taking a breather and trying to figure out why you're so stressed out. And try not to have "rage incidents"
