fayerody said:the animals have stepped up big time as support. and this morning at 4:30 a.m. a great horned owl woke me up, hooting from a tree in my yard!!!!! being part Indian, i take that as a sign that something is happening with me....

he sat and watched me and didn't appear to be the least bit threatened by my standing in the door.
so, to all of you jewels in my necklace of life......big tray of sour cream cookies will be delivered to your door at midnight.......xoxoxo pat

going to miss the owl that lived near the old place. is auspicious the right word for the visitation of/appearance of an owl? trying to say bringing good/changing tidings.
old place owl appeared one evening at dusk . the size of that bird was impressive to say least. sat in tallest tree nearest to where we were seated on ground. owls carry their own energy separate from other birds. hard to put finger on or bring words to describe in way that captures that kind of magical serene moment.
your wisdom with your self care sounds as good as ever. the clock ticks toward the solstice with each day. you'll get there AND you'll be heard and helped......howzabout that?!
if not for the animals we'd not be upright or moving about anywhere. cannot wait for next batch of develop film from disposable/recyclable cameras as there are hopefully stunning shots (for our league.....we ain't even approaching yer league......sheesh!) that gate is incredible. as are most of your photos but this one is shivering
thank you again for sharing your process of how you go about managing your relationship with this place. the people are not the powers that be. the powers that be ARE people. ah, relationship.
reminds me of Life In Hell cartoon from way back from Groening of Simpsons fame. when network is set up we'll scan newspaper copy on fridge of relationship one that will have you rolling. rolling we say. your animals will think you're plum crazy. we know you are.
(((patty so close to normal with that appt comin up)))
