There's a pdf at this link. It talks about decision making and values. Can anyone tell me if this makes sense to them or its gobbledegook? Perhaps it's my lack of human-centered worldview that makes this impenetrable to me.

It's a few pages long, so I don't expect many would read it, but someone might get it. It has an actualization hierarchy and stuff like that, but not straight-up Maslow.
