it is always good to have something on hand to take when things get really tough. I take klonopin myself which is also a benzo. what I don't like is that benzos are addicting so I take it as infrequently as possible. as I suffer from anxiety daily, I take buspar, which is non addicting. it does a good job at just taking the edge off so I can function on a daily basis. good luck.
