I wouldn't overthink it. Most women end a date by saying "I had a great time; we should do this again"-- it's polite. It may be a sign of sincere interest, and it may not be. So I would go by how you feel, without worrying about her. If you want to see her again, then call her. If not, don't. If you don't call her and she calls you, then you can say something like "yeah, I think we'd make great friends" and take it from there. In the meantime, it wouldn't be a bad idea to check out your other options and see if you click more wit someone else.
