Hi all thank you for the replies, the drs in the UK are very reluctant to prescribe diazepam so fingers crossed. Sounds like it works for you guys.
I have nitrazapam but taking them during the day to calm myself is a joke as I also have ME so it would be a battle to stay awake.
My nurse said she would be with my when this is suggested and after all these years I also have a crisis plan in place.
May I ask what's buspar medication? I've tried nearly all anti depressants and we are looking for a more effective one than sertraline which I have been taking for 12 years and has not helped in any way.
