What would you like? Start with that and play with it until it is in a form that has the above five features.
I want new friends. (specific)
I want 10 friends (measurable)
I want 1 new friend (attainable :-)
I want 1 new friend to exercise with (relevant)
I want 1 new friend to exercise with by Thursday, August 1st 2013 (time-bound).
Once you have a goal, you then get to play with how you will go after it. Since I decided I wanted someone to exercise with, I guess I might want to watch in my community, talk to people out walking or go to playgrounds evenings and weekends to see if there's people playing games or doing exercises; maybe look up local gyms with free intro offers/sessions, the YMCA, community college classes, etc. go where other people are exercising and/or read bulletin boards/place my own ad. I have a community website, I could post there that I'm looking for an exercise partner or, they have a trash pick-up thing where people trade off equipment and pick up trash in our community for a week, that's exercise, I could join that or ask if there are other single people who want to participate but would like a partner, etc.
Since I take it you are writing therapy goals, other things might be:
I want to be able to look at my T when she is speaking to me at least 50% of the time by one month from now, or 4 more sessions (or vice versa, you want to look at T when you are speaking to her or you want to look at T when either of you is speaking, etc.).
I want to spend at least an hour a day outside my house 5 days a week by September 15.
I want to register for a class at my local community college for this semester.
I want to apply for 5 jobs or go on 3 interviews by September 1.
