I was just Rx'd Saphris. I am supposed to take 2.5mg at bed for three nights and then move up to 5mg at bedtime after that.
Anyone have any experience with this? I keep reading that the trails were for 5mg twice daily or even 10mg twice daily. I've found nothing about 5mg once daily...?
The only other Rx's I have are Klonopin 1mg PRN and Ritalin 20mg 2x a day. So the Saphris is monotherapy for Bipolar 1, not adjunctive with any other med or mood stabilizer for BP.
Thoughts?
