Off the top of my head, I don't remember and would have to go look. I'm too comfy, sitting in bed with the puppy curled up next to me!!! It's not a CBT book, though. It's for use with adults who grew up in abusive or alcoholic homes. She's got me working through a chapter on "control." Why I felt the need to be in control as a child, what purpose it served, what it does for me now, what giving up control as a child would have meant, what it means now, what messages I can use to reassure myself that not being in control is okay, etc.
It's actually really good and IS helpful, it just stirs up a lot of memories and emotions that are hard to deal with.
