Did your T really phrase it like that? Are you sure she was making a comment on your intelligence? So often when we're insecure we'll see insults where none were intended.

I LOVE that book. I attended a women's group once in which we read a chapter at a time and then gathered to discuss what the message in the chapter meant to us. Very nice and very empowering. But, it's not for everyone.
