He is trained in eastern and western medicine, but is a MD.
He told me to slowly cut out Gluten, sugar, and dairy from my diet. He gave me the following supplements, vitamin D, COQ10,
Fish oil much higher dose than I was taking, A multi for my age I am a 57 yr old woman, a supplement for menopause, A spray for under my tongue when I felt anxious. He recommended acupuncture 2 times a week. He also stressed exercise every day even if it is just a short walk.
On my own I take a supplement NAC.
