I don't have a primary nurse either. I just know that my neurologist, general practitioner(primary care doctor), my LISW therapist, and even OBGYN, are all cleared to talk with one another, including with my pdoc, about my health. I signed the paperwork, that allows them all access to my health care.

Perhaps, where English, isn't his primary language, there is room for miscommunication, but who knows.

Sorry you've been so greatly misunderstood and all of this is written down in your medical files, now.

Would you be receiving the same treatment, with or without the BPD diagnosis? Which DX were you expecting to receive, regardless of the notes?

I wonder what the notes in my own files, would say, at this rate. I know that my DX's are listed on my patient summary report, each and every time that I book another appointment, after my appointment finishes. hmmmm...
