I've been on seroquel for several years, they have raised my dose then lowered it at one time I was taking 1200mg. I agree it's a love hate relationship, it's helped a lot but sometimes like speed3 said I get restless leg and can't sit still. Eventually I pass out. All meds have side effects though and can cause other health problems but if u read anything about side effects on medications they say your dr will decide if the benefits out weigh the risk. I'd talk to your dr if you continue not to sleep.
