no I kid you not....... I have experienced high's to the degree of understanding. Picture this a guy go's to the gym and works out, well the brain is a muscle as well. The problem with just experiencing highs is the brain never wants to rest, it craves activity, and to the point of heightened sexual libido... major problem. To many dates, to many gf's that don't work out as I get too anxious right. So yes it's like having cocaine accessible all the time.

I am here to hang out not promote, I have studied this disorder, and every psychiatrist I have seen in 15 years whether they have doctoral etc. it wouldn't matter my mind acts so quick, well call cognitive insight giving me and intuitive approach to reality almost psychic like.

Bipolar's are the strongest minds in the world because they exceed the limit of cognitional balance.

Think of a wave, and think of a bipolar wave much larger. well it starts with cognitive distortions giving you depression. yes I too had this in the beginning, I was able to create an algorithm for my understanding to use repression in retrospect of looking within "introspection"

now, I can tell you what will help you as I know more than any one I have spoken too in the field... yes, I have been in isolation rooms for many times? over different years. Now to understand that would be... a quota? a case study? a Canadian mental health system that had me marked for a drug call Olanzapine, I was one of the first to be administered this.

it was crucial for them to keep me on it for statistical analysis, I was marked.

now believing I was bipolar is the other question, being told by everyone I know when I made a mistake..... "Are you taking your Pills?"

the mind works by repetition, I have a photographic memory by repetition without interest in my mind these things are forgotten.... retracing the events creates the imagery and the event relived.

The toughest thing for bipolar is looking for balance.

I will tell you this, think of 3

a tight rope walker perhaps 1 step at a time, a center point and 1 step from where he came from... he wants to move forward.

so 3 tiles on your floor.

balance in the middle. now step forward no problem, step backwards no problem. step on in the right direction of your desire, very well.

no the problem is too quickly, imagine if that tight rope walker went quick now we have the fall. depression

so hypomania.... good thing happened in your day, you feel good it keeps building your high and manic.

you end up thinking too much about oviously your neurons are firing faster.... you find the mistake, you revolve it, and crash.

mania is different as mania you hallucinate reality with extreme focus and are feeling much more intelligent than any one else, and in all sense some of us in this condition cannot be talked down as connection to thought, senses, having an understanding of all your surroundings... you have a huge ego.

mistake is you believe you can do things that are outside of your self. Celebrity status' I like to call it.

now too maintain, you have a long trip.... that in the end costs you money, job, gf, possibly wife, friends, family,

I've been thru all this.

bipolar can be controlled and this is how if you read this far....

"ACTIVATING THE MIND"
-is the mistake

relaxing the mind how does that happen when it wanders like it does... we know this!

is a transfer from mind to body!

I can tell you, I don't proof read what I wrote above I speak the truth.

Vitamin B100 complex... handles the stress of the disorder
Vitamin D3... 1000iu 3-4 + x a day when needed
Fish in Diet... look at statistics, people who live near the sea and eat fish have little to no bipolar or depression rate. so.....

omega 3/6/9/ by flax, instead of the fish oils ...fish oils have inconsistency and that's not good flax doesn't

now for pharmaceutical
have a class 3 Adavan/clonazepam that will stop your mind from racing and relax you

TRANSFER MIND TO BODY

WORKOUT!!!! and you clear your mind, relieving the tension upstairs... you will have a clear mind after the workout. with routine, you help your day and disorder.. routine is very important.

if you feel toxic and quite ill, buy lemons and put them in your water to flush the imbalance of toxins. hell drink lots of water,

NEGATIVE SELF IMAGE

forget the past, it has past!!!! you can't change it! don't think abut the what if onwards though patterns... be present, be grounded.

-look at your place, and change it, looking at the same things every day will contribute to depression! you will have fun changing things.

like I said if there are things in your house that link thoughts to a past you don't need to think about... REMOVE THEM... Bipolar's have better senses than other people, we have more active minds... like I said we hit the gym upstairs.

I will leave it at that... I believe I wrote allot , im here to talk, and I too have taken many medications, and had suicide attempts, brought back to life once and a mindset I have developed gives me a fresh start every day by conditioning to repress.

renew, look at 1 day at a time, loos the rock pack in training cause you got what it takes.... ill stick around and chat, I said I cured bipolar disorder and my health care system got very interested in me very fast... I have more answers, I shared some
Thanks for this!
