It definitely hurts though doesn't it. You can apply an ice pack for 10 mins but make sure you cover it with a light cloth. Take some ibuprophen if it doesn't bother your stomach...always with food. I'm really sure, I just woke up with soreness in my side neck. Maybe I hurt myself doing yoga or during sleep. I had my full 7 hour sleep without waking up so I see an improvement. Yesterday, I kept waking up and it was annoying. When I was walking to the kitchen this morning, I sorta lost my balance. Thanks for your tips
