Like on an iPhone or iPad? There's an web browser app called Puffin that allows you to use flash so you can get on chat through your iPhone/iPad. I do not know if this app works on Android or anything, but it's worth a try.

I have Android which has FULL flash. It doesn't work because its not updated and adobe has stopped making new versions.
